A: Winter tires provide better traction and handling on ice, snow, and slush. We definitely recommend them because they are far superior to all-season tires.
A: Winter tires are made with a softer rubber compound to provide a better grip on cold surfaces. Deeper treads push away snow and slush and provide better traction.
A: Winter tires are suitable for cold weather. As soon as the weather forecast calls for the temperature to dip below 7°C, make an appointment to change to winter tires in order to benefit from the increased traction, braking, and handling they provide. It is ill-advised to wait until winter and snow arrive
A: All-season tires turn hard and lose their elasticity. The change causes diminished traction, resulting in longer stopping distances and limited handling and cornering capability.
