Training continues to be a key focus area and we recognize its critical importance in the course of our daily business. Based on feedback we’ve received from our Associates, I am pleased to share that we have started work on our very own Destination Auto Academy.

With a vision to make our training more accessible and sustainable, the Academy is a virtual platform that will house onboarding, sales training, management, IT and other compliance training programs. In time, the Academy will offer various curricula that will help guide Associates to a higher level of performance, or onto management career tracks. The platform will also enable us to provide important learning updates to all staff on topics such as cybersecurity and other matters that concern risk, safety and wellbeing.

In time, Destination Auto Academy will be another pillar of our organization, taking its place alongside our other signature programs such as our Under the Hood newsletter, Challenge the Status Quo Award, Employee Purchase Program, and Brighter Journey Ahead Annual Sale.
